HouseFinder is not an estate agent, broker, or property seller, and does not facilitate, negotiate, or conclude any property transactions. All transactions take place directly between users and the relevant Agency.
3. Accuracy of Information
All property information, including descriptions, prices, images and availability, is supplied by Estate Agents. While HouseFinder aims to present accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any listings and facts in articles. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before making any decisions or entering into any agreements.
4. Agency Responsibilities
Agencies are solely responsible for the content they submit and warrant that they have the legal authority to advertise the properties listed. Agencies must ensure that all information is accurate, lawful and not misleading, and must comply with all applicable laws of the country they reside in. HouseFinder reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, scrape or distribute content without permission. Users further acknowledge that any engagement with Estate Agencies is at their own risk. Enquiries submitted through the website are forwarded to the relevant Agency. HouseFinder does not guarantee response times, property availability, or successful transactions and is not responsible for any communication or agreements between users and Agencies.
6. Listing Updates and Accuracy
Listings on HouseFinder may be uploaded manually or integrated via automated systems, feeds, or APIs. As a result, delays, duplication, or inaccuracies may occur, and listings may not always reflect real-time availability.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including design, text, and branding, is the property of HouseFinder. Agencies grant HouseFinder a non-exclusive license to use and display any content they provide, including images and descriptions, for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HouseFinder shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website, articles' information, advertisements, reliance on listings, or any property transaction. Use of the website is entirely at your own risk.
