Climate and Rainfall
The prevailing climate of this area is semi-arid, with hot dry summers and cool to warm winters. The subject property is
situated in a summer rainfall area, with approximately 98% of its rainfall between October and April. The average rainfall is
approximately 120 -150 mm per annum. Temperature during summer ranges between 22 and 35 degrees centigrade. The
dry season is from May to September and winter temperature range between 2 – 30 degrees centigrade.
