4. Agency Responsibilities

Agencies are solely responsible for the content they submit and warrant that they have the legal authority to advertise the properties listed. Agencies must ensure that all information is accurate, lawful and not misleading, and must comply with all applicable laws of the country they reside in. HouseFinder reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion.

5. User Obligations

Users further acknowledge that any engagement with Estate Agencies is at their own risk. Enquiries submitted through the website are forwarded to the relevant Agency.
